Our story
Voted into existence by our family.
We're a blended family: two parents, four daughters and one very interested dog. After a garage sale, we made a deal. We'd match the money, but everyone had to pitch how to spend it, Shark Tank style, slides and all.
The winning pitch? Start a business we'd all own together. So we rented a meeting room in a downtown Omaha hotel, spent three hours in a design-thinking workshop, then dressed up for a fancy dinner to celebrate. The idea that won was a better way to answer "what's for dinner?": one that knows what's in the pantry, fridge and freezer, and what everyone actually likes.
None of us are coders. We've spent the past year building it anyway, with plenty of ups, downs and family meetings. It's almost ready.
